Working with groups of up to 24 people at a time, Zen Four works to identify and resolve root cause issues, and get the team performing to its full potential. Facilitations are tailored to the needs of the group, and can span strategic business issues and leadership development to couples and family coaching.

Team Building Workshops

Workshops with your team are a great way to introduce new ideas and perspectives to your group. Workshops can be organized for groups ranging from 2-24 people, and range in length from 1/2 day to 3 days.

Workshops are geared toward gaining a clear understanding of each participant’s role in the group, and to enable each team member to bring their best self to the group. The sponsoring manager for the team will come away with a vision of the team’s potential, and tools to ensure members are fully optimized.

Leadership development workshops for emerging leaders are among our more common programs. Starting with the Thinking Style Preferences Workshop, is an effective way to gauge opportunities within a team or group.

Couples & Family Coaching

Couples and family coaching sessions are designed to provide participants with a safe and nonjudgemental space to be heard. ZenFour offers tools and techniques to restore a compassionate collaboration, and to transform a challenging living situation into a peaceful one.

Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness is a wonderful way to increase your emotional range. Our ability to focus on the present moment without distraction is a skill that is the foundation for emotional intelligence.

Personal and professional situations that challenge us, require us to have an astute sense of our own patterns of behavior and emotional reactions. Mindfulness training leads to better judgment as well as emotional balance.

  • Opportunities to practice mindfulness
  • Gratitude journaling
  • Practical mindfulness tools

ZenFour’s mindfulness workshops help participants with the skills to move from “react to respond”. When teams participate in this workshop, a healthy communication foundation and common language for navigating challenging situations is formed.
